Is this painting or animation..? Its looking great. I love the way you colored this cute girl.. This background image also looking great. I just love this illustration. Thanks for this great post.
It's just a painting. 4x4' spray paint on masonite faux brick paneling. (I had to age the paneling a bit) I have been intrigued by the London-based graffiti artist, Banksy, and tried doing something in a similar style. However, since I don't make a habit of defacing public property (even to make a social or political point), I created this as a moveable, hangable work of art. I wanted it to look like a portion of a real wall had been removed and framed.
True Banksy aficionados will no doubt call me all sorts of horrible names.

I like.
Is this a still from an animation?
Also, feeling a little Banksie? ;-)
No, it's a 4x4' painting on masonite. And, yes, I was inspired by Banksy's style. I just don't have gumption to paint on a public building.
I used a photo I took of my daughter years ago for the stencil.

Amazing artwork Tim! The little girl is sooooo cute!
Thank you Chelsea. That's from a photo of my daughter I took several years ago.
